Approach

CBT & Coaching Services's approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and evidence-based practices. I believe in the power of a supportive therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and growth. I am committed to providing compassionate care and guiding you towards self-discovery and empowerment.

Anxiety and depression disorders are highly comorbid, they have overlapping symptoms and some people may have additional physical, neurological and mental health needs making diagnostic and treatment challenging. In these situations, I take a transdiagnostic approach using a Unified Protocol for the Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders.

My approach is client-centred and tailored to meet your unique needs. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences to understand and manage them better.
